Australian Wagyu Picanha - Margaret River

There are so many amazing examples of Australian Wagyu Picanha that it may be daunting to pick the perfect one. I selected two for my website that I felt offered noticeably different experiences with appropriate value.

This one being a BMS 6-7 from Margaret River, a top seller for us. This is one of the juiciest steaks you can buy. It cooks very similar to a NY Strip steak, but it’s more forgiving because it doesn’t cook quite as quickly.

It’s classically cooked on the grill or “churrasco” style, but I really love it made simply on a pan. You do not need to add anything to it besides salt. It has a great balance of marbling without being overly rich.
